This page should not be speedily deleted because (Playing in a fully professional league isn't the basis for determining the notability of an article. He passes WP:GNG because he has received significant coverage from reliable secondary sources. I also contest the PROD. Per WP:PROD, removing it is enough to contest the prod. Next stage is to take to AfD if someone disagrees with our contestation. As ShotgunPete said, WP:FPL is no longer valid, only WP:GNG applies now. RedPatch (talk) 01:14, 24 January 2025 (UTC)Reply
