I can only view one of those drive posts, the last one. I can't view the Facebook post either. I also don't have any reason to believe they are reliable sources, as they are simply Google drive images with no evidence of where they came from. The attached document is an official reply issued by the Election Commission of India under the Right to Information Act, 2005, dated 03 August 2022.

As per the records available with the Election Commission at that time, “Janata Party” was an existing registered political party, and Shri Jai Prakash Bandhu was recorded as its National President for the tenure from 21.01.2021 to 20.01.2023.

This officially confirms that the Janata Party had not been merged or dissolved in the records of the Election Commission of India as of that date. Therefore, any claim stating that the Janata Party was merged is not supported by the official records available with the Election Commission.
