Requested move 21 July 2026
[edit]- The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review after discussing it on the closer's talk page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.
The result of the move request was: moved as requested. It is important to note that some modern sources, including the Irish Times reference currently in the article, misspell his name as "Keefe". This will cause confusion but reliable sources indicate that it was "Keeffe" during his lifetime. (closed by non-admin page mover) ---DOOMSDAYER520 (TALK|CONTRIBS) 13:49, 21 July 2026 (UTC)
James Keefe → James Keeffe – Spelling error. Surname should be Keeffe not Keefe, per his signature on a letter. Tried to move page myself but got error message because target page is a redirect to an Australian politician. A bit iffy (talk) 13:17, 21 July 2026 (UTC) This is an uncontroversial technical request (permalink). ---DOOMSDAYER520 (TALK|CONTRIBS) 13:49, 21 July 2026 (UTC)
