the definition of GVA
the relationship between GDP and GVA.
From U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis, link https://www.bea.gov/sites/default/files/methodologies/nipa-handbook-all-chapters.pdf, chapter 2, page 2-10, the above definition and relationship are different, overlapping with GDI in part.
