Date of birth, year 1929 or 1943?

"George Ancona (born December 4, 1929)[citation needed]". His Mexican-immigrant parents met in 1927 which fits 1929 reasonably. The German national library gives DOB 1929.

The first published of his 110 books (multiple editions of some) in LC Catalog is Faces by Barbara Brenner (Dutton, 1970); his own writing, Bodies (Dutton, 1973). That US national library gives DOB September 20, 1943, citing ECIP data for Mis Amigos (2004).
