Frederic Britten Burden (1852 – 30 January 1897) was son of Philip Henry Burden (c. 1823–1864), first employed by C. H. Goode.
John Britten Burden (c. 1855 – 15 August 1922) was son of Thomas Burden (1817–1875), found family link to C. H. Goode.

Philip Henry Burden (1824–1864) married Mary Jones (1828–1907), daughter of Edward Jones (c. 1794–1880) and Elizabeth Britten (c. 1804–1882) from genealogy site. So Philip Henry wanted to memorialize his mother-in-law's parents, but what about Thomas?
