I put this and several other articles up concerning politicians involved in Virginia's Massive Resistance crisis. However, I did not grow up in Virginia, nor do I live anywhere near Richmond. I have no idea when Bemiss changed his allegiance from Democratic to Republican, per his obituary, or if that merely indicated that as a conservative, he supported both parties in this era. Clarification would be appreciated, but I don't have the time nor resources to do it.Jweaver28 (talk) 20:51, 10 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
