I have begun to translate this page into french, but I realized that a lot of errors were contained in this english "Fa Ngum" page. The content of the french page is therefore somewhat different of English. My main source is 'Paul Lévy.

I have a doubt , that I feel the name is Pha Ngum instead of Fa Ngum. I feel it pronounced with Hard P instead of Soft F. If Please correct.
