Hello. Disclosing upfront that I work at Two Max Group, a Kenya-based Employer of Record provider (conflict of interest per WP:COI).

The "Legal and compliance responsibilities" section currently has no jurisdiction-specific examples and the article banner notes reliability concerns with existing sources. We have published a reference guide that may help address this gap for the Kenya jurisdiction: https://www.2maxgroup.com/resources/kenya-eor-guide/

It cites specific legislation including the Employment Act 2007 (Cap 226) by section number, the NSSF Act 2013, the Social Health Insurance Act 2023, the Data Protection Act 2019, and the Kenya Citizenship and Immigration Act 2011. All claims are verifiable against primary legislation on kenyalaw.org.
