If you look at the scandal section (which I don't think we need), you will see he was exhonerated. The section says he was accused and cleared, so it does not rise to the level requiring removal per BLP. This is but one section; the overall tone of the article is not negative and the whole thing is sourced. BLP Crime, notability, lead

I have reverted, as have other editors, recent removal of information from this article by an editor who may have a CoI. I wondered whether WP:BLPCRIME applies, but, as he has an article, I don't think we can currently argue he is a low-profile person. But I'm also wondering if he's actually notable. The first sentence of the lead doesn't make it clear what he's notable for. Is he a politician? Almost all sourcing is to one source, The Standard. What are others' views?
