there is a {{cn}} tag in the first sentence for the actual term. I dont think the definition of the term shouldnt need a source, as common sense explains it (of course a source for the definition would be lovely all the same). The term "Dutch Australian" isn't used commonly in Australia. The majority of the sources refer to the "Dutch in Australia". If "Dutch Australian" is used as a term, it is usually used to denote a joint Australian and Dutch connection eg. Dutch Australian Association. The source tag was introduced to show that the term is not accepted as a notable use of the term. Assize 06:05, 11 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
- I do not agree; it is the most common term used to describe Australians of Dutch heritage. See books and academic output that mentions "Dutch Australian" and specifically "Dutch-Australian immigrants". John Vandenberg 06:17, 11 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
  - The Macquarie Australian Dictionary doesn't include it as a term (the only similar term is Anglo-Australian), so Macquarie doesn't consider it in general usage in Australia. I guess we will have to just differ on this. Assize 12:00, 15 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
