What country do we associate Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts with?

I'd assume wikipedia has some made some sort of consensus on this, but i don't know where to find it. I put it as disputed, but it was changed to being in Ukraine. I almost chose to write it as that at first, but all of Luhansk oblast and most of Donetsk oblast is controlled by Russia, so I thought it'd be misleading to just recognize it as Ukrainian.
