This article was tagged, and I added in information about Wiltse's most notable work. Not sure if more information is needed. I didn't want to overwrite details but I can add to the article if need be.

The section on awards is enough to establish notability. I am removing the tag. However, if there are more sources you can add (such as biographies, or press coverage about him), this would still improve the article. Sorted as part of the Notability wikiproject. --B.
