If you are intending to start an RfC about the mention of disabilities in general, which is the way i read your question, this is probably the wrong place to do it, as this page is purely for discussing the Daniel Durant article; i would guess that we probably have a guideline on the subject already, so that should generally be followed. Talk pages of articles are for matters related to that specific article, not broad-reaching discussion that may potentially change a policy or guideline. That would be a matter for Wikipedia talk:Manual of Style/Biography; start a discussion there by all means, but don't make it a formal RfC until WP:RFCBEFORE is satisfied. At that point, {{rfc|policy|style}} will be the tag to use.
