Incorrect claim about constexpr for TU local variables

constexprvariables may not refer to entities local to a translation unit, such as entities not exported from a module.
This is false? constexpr is entirely valid for variables with static linkage and storage duration (i.e. global/namespaced static variables)? Wallby (talk) 11:11, 18 April 2026 (UTC)

Excessive headings
[edit]@Birthay boy, there does not need to be excessive headings in a section. Sections under the "evolution" heading already are separated under versions and do not need to be split even further when the description spans two sentences. ~2026-21314-14 (talk) 19:07, 27 April 2026 (UTC)
