COI disclosure: Professor Bell is a personal acquaintance of mine, so per WP:COI I am not editing the article directly and am proposing the changes below for review by an uninvolved editor. I have no financial or business relationship with her. All proposed additions are verifiable against independent secondary sources, and I have made no attempt to add promotional language. The article is currently very brief (about three paragraphs) and omits several substantive aspects of her career that are well documented elsewhere: her membership of the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission, her role as Executive Director / Principal Investigator of the PA-X Peace Agreements Database (the principal global dataset of its kind), her co-directorship of the Global Justice Academy, and her commentary on Brexit and Northern Ireland. === Proposed additions === ==== 1. Bell was a founding member of the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission, established under the Belfast Agreement, and previously directed the Centre for International and Comparative Human Rights Law at Queen's University Belfast.[1][2] At Edinburgh, Bell is Executive Director and Principal Investigator of the PeaceRep research programme and of the PA-X Peace Agreements Database, which records the texts of more than 1,800 peace agreements.[3][4] She is also co-director of Edinburgh's Global Justice Academy.[5]
