Questionable sourcing and not encyclopedia style / vandalism

This sentence links to a WSJ story that quotes unnamed sources saying the bank was considering expanding in Russia, not that it did it and it does not say that Sewing announced it, because he did not. The bank also subsequently announced it was winding down its operations in Russia, as per its own statements and media reporting.

In 2020, Sewing announced that Deutsche Bank was pursuing an expansion of its Russia operations. This expansion took place at the same time as other banks were reducing their presence in Russia due to Russia's annexation of Crimea, invasion of Eastern Ukraine, and exposure to sanctions.

This paragraph is not written in the style of an encyclopedia as it seems to be sarcastic.

Sewing is now all about hiring nice people who will propagate a good culture and be kind to junior staff. In March 2022, Ben Darsney, Ravi Raghunathan, Brandon Sun, and Daniel Gaona were exposed for trying to expense strip club nights out as legitimate business visits. Brandon Sun attempted to cover up the incident, but the bankers were let go for violating the Company Code of Conduct. This suggests the company's new lack of tolerance for anyone perceived to have breached its new conduct standards.

Proposed addition: Project Santorini section

I am proposing the addition of a new "Project Santorini" section to this article. The section covers litigation and controversy relating to Christian Sewing's role as Head of Group Audit at Deutsche Bank from 2013, and subsequent civil proceedings in which he has been named as a defendant. The proposed addition is fully sourced to Tier 1 English-language reliable sources, including five articles from the Financial Times, two from Reuters, one from Bloomberg, and one from Der Spiegel International, all published between 2024 and 2026. I've removed the content as it actually doesn't say a lot about Sewing despite accounting for 50% of the article content which is WP:UNDUE and WP:SOAPBOXing by you, when you have declared a (n unspecified) conflict of interest at Draft:Project Santorini (Deutsche Bank). You've also attempted to post pretty much the same material in the article on another DB senior exec Stephan Leithner. While Sewing (and Leithner) may have questions to answer, this vast swathe of material does not merit inclusion especially while civil proceedings are still ongoing.
