Part of a series on Conservatism

[edit]

Should this really be here? If you look at the page for say, Caroline Elkins, Sathnam Sanghera, Kehinde Andrews, Maxine Berg, Pat Hudson or Alan Lester, all of whom have written books critical of colonialism, there is no equivalent 'Part of a series on Progressivism' infobox. Even Nigel Biggar does not have one. Justify, or I shall remove! LastDodo (talk) 16:46, 14 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

I realise these boxes were only added on 5th July and no reason was given, so I have removed them. But feel free to come here and discuss it. LastDodo (talk) 16:41, 18 August 2024 (UTC)Reply

Pronouns

[edit]

The professor has stated in emails at Portland State University that bio uses bio/lo/gy pronouns. I have an archive of one such email and would love guidance on how to properly site it. TheMemeChefGabeLincoln (talk) 04:05, 4 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

Given prior discussion regarding Tucker Carlson, I don't think we should accept obvious bad faith pronouns. TuxCrafting (talk) 18:14, 4 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
While I agree with the Tucker Carlson discussion, there is no equivalent discussion that I can see from this professor hinting that these pronouns are anything but sincere. As such, I find that using bio/lo/gy pronouns in this article is best practice. TheMemeChefGabeLincoln (talk) 21:17, 4 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
All reliable sources use he/him pronouns. His own bio[1] does so. He is also transphobic, for example complaining about a trans athlete on his Twitter[2], which fits perfectly with "biology" pronouns. He is a conservative troll, that's pretty much his whole thing, and this is obviously more trolling. TuxCrafting (talk) 08:29, 5 June 2026 (UTC)Reply
