COI disclosure: I am Brett Fraser, the subject of this article. I am not editing directly and am requesting these changes for review by an uninvolved editor. Sources are given for each item.

1. Lead — event description is inaccurate

Current: "He competed in the 200 m backstroke."

Proposed: "He represented the Cayman Islands at three Summer Olympics and won gold in the 200 m freestyle at the 2011 Pan American Games."

Rationale: The backstroke reference describes only the 2008 Games. The Pan American gold, the 2012 semifinal swims, and the 2020 appearance were all freestyle, and the infobox already lists freestyle as his stroke. Naming backstroke as his event in the lead misrepresents the career.

2. Career section — two of three Olympic appearances are missing

The article currently describes only London 2012. Proposed addition before that paragraph:

"Fraser made his Olympic debut at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where he competed in the men's 200 m backstroke, recording 2:01.17 in the heats."

Proposed addition after the 2014 Commonwealth Games paragraph:

"At the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Fraser competed in the men's 50 m freestyle, finishing third in his heat in 22.46 seconds and ranking 34th of 73 competitors."

3. Stale employment detail

Current: "In a 2021 interview he worked at the brokerage Compass, Inc."

Proposed: remove. It is superseded by the ONE Sotheby's affiliation described in the preceding sentence and adds nothing to the biography.

4. Typographical corrections

- "Fras has also worked" → "Fraser has also worked"

- "decrieing the lack of encouragement" → "decrying the lack of encouragement"
