[edit]Just a note for future editors: it's not totally clear (to me) that this should be a single article. As far as I understand, ancient sources contain a number of references to Cretan cities called "Arsinoe", but we're not really sure if there was one such place or multiple such places, and some or all of them might simply be alternate names for Rethymno or Lyktos. Especially since there seems to be little to say about most of these places, it might make sense to combine these into a broader concept article about Ptolemaic cities with this name. Just a thought.
