Greetings- This page is missing the origin of the anti-fracking movement. My organization in Fort Worth, Texas was the actual beginning. It is well documented in multiple media, both local and international. The organization was Fort Worth Citizens Against Neighborhood Drilling Operations (FWCANDO). It wa founded in 2004 and produced a documentary film in 2006. The first protest against fracking was in 2005. Finally the first art show against fracking took place in Fort Worth in 2009. Finally, Josh Fox, who is mentioned in the page and won awards for his GASLAND documentary said about the movement: "It all began in Fort Worth and Don Young is to blame." Josh visited and interviewed me when he started filming. All of this is reported in the press. I was also visited by many international media sources including all the major US sources such as CNN, NBC, CBS and NPR. The NY Times also did an article.
