Taghrud (Persian: طغرود)[a] is a village in Baqerabad Rural District[3] of the Central District[b] in Jafarabad County, Qom province, Iran.
Demographics

[edit]At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 438 in 125 households, when it was in Jafarabad Rural District of Jafarabad District[c] in Qom County.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 480 people in 146 households.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 457 people in 143 households.[1]
In 2021, the district was separated from the county in the establishment of Jafarabad County and renamed the Central District. Taghrud was transferred to Baqerabad Rural District created in the same district.[3]
