Olmolog is an administrative ward in the Longido District of the Arusha Region of Tanzania. The ward covers an area of 338.7 km2 (130.8 sq mi),[1] and has an average elevation of 1,463 m (4,800 ft).[2] According to the 2012 census, the ward has a total population of 8,764.[3] Its postcode is 23505.[4]
Prior to the 2007 creation of Longido District, Olmolog was situated within the borders of Monduli District.
