Francie Millan (born 29 July 2002) is an American-Uruguayan beauty pageant titleholder who was recently appointed as Miss Grand Uruguay 2026. She will represent Uruguay at Miss Grand International 2026.
Early life and education
[edit]Millan was born on 29 July 2002 in New Orleans, Louisiana, and was raised in San Antonio, Texas.[1] She is a first-generation American born to Uruguayan parents who had emigrated to the United States in 1999.[2] Prior to competing at Miss Grand International, Millan worked as the chief executive officer (CEO) of her own residential construction and renovation firms, Lionyx Systems and Lionyx Home Remodeling & Construction.[3][4]
Pageantry
[edit]Millan began her pageantry career in Texas, where she won the local title of Miss San Antonio Teen USA. In 2023, she won the Miss Grand Texas 2023 title and participated in the Miss Grand United States 2023 competition, where she advanced to the final round and was crowned the 3rd runner-up.[5] She later competed in the Miss Universe system, finishing as the 1st runner-up at the Miss Texas USA 2024 pageant.
After relocating to New Orleans, Millan represented Orleans Parish at the Miss Louisiana USA 2025 competition held in September 2025 and became Miss Louisiana USA 2025.She represented Louisiana in the Miss USA 2025 pageant where she achieved a placement as a semifinalist in the Top 16.[5] Later in August 2026, Millan competed as Miss Grand Louisiana 2026 at the Miss Grand United States 2026 national pageant in Las Vegas, Nevada, finishing as the 2nd runner-up.[6] Following the conclusion of the event, she was officially appointed as Miss Grand Uruguay 2026. She will represent Uruguay at the Miss Grand International 2026 pageant scheduled to be held in October 2026 in India.[7]
