Production

In January 2026, Dread Central reported that Josh Ruben was preparing work for a sequel to Heart Eyes (2025) and that a script had been completed.^[1] In April 2026, Paramount Pictures, which had handled most international territories on the first film, replaced Screen Gems as the domestic distributor.^[2]

Release

Heart Eyes 2 is scheduled to be released in the United States on February 11, 2028, by Paramount Pictures.^[2]
