Geza Czige or Geza Csige (born 1947) is a Hungarian-American entrepreneur. He is noted for founding what is now Ingram Micro, one of the largest companies in the United States. He was also a school teacher and, later, a filmmaker.
Biography
[edit]Little is recorded about Czige's early life, except that he was born in Hungary sometime in 1947. He was already working as a teacher when he immigrated to the United States. He married Lorraine Czige also an educator and settled in Southern California. It is said that husband and wife founded the company Micro D, where they applied their academic expertise to the logistics and sales of educational software and computer products.
