Alam Megah is a town located in Shah Alam within the mukim of Petaling District in the state of Selangor. It is located between Putra Heights at the west and Kota Kemuning across the Klang River.

The town is filled with residental developments and is situated within close proximity to a wide array of shop-houses and industrial zones. Most of the commercial areas are easy to access by both walking and private vehicles. The town is also complete with great transport infrasturcture such as highways and transit. The town also including parks, cafè's and football fields for a work-life balance.
