Devipriya is an Indian actress who has primarily appeared in Tamil films and television. She made her debut in Ramarajan's Ooru Vittu Ooru Vanthu (1990), before featuring in other films including Vallamai Tharayo (2008) and Of the People (2008).
Career
[edit source]Devipriya made her acting debut with the Tamil language film Ooru Vittu Ooru Vanthu (1990) directed by Gangai Amaran, co-starring Ramarajan and Gautami.[1] She was signed to later feature in other blockbuster films such as Vaalee which starred Ajith Kumar and released in 1999 and the 2008 Malayalam film Of the People.[2][3] Besides films, Devipriya is well known for appearing in multiple television series playing negative character roles.[4][5]
