Note: This category is for video games that feature fratricide (the killing of one's brother) as a major element of their canonical plot and/or enforced actions required to progress in gameplay, in a manner that merits its consideration as a defining trait. A game that incidentally features fratricide in a manner that is non-defining (for example, allowing players to optionally perform fratricide during gameplay without otherwise focusing on it) does not qualify for this category.
