↑ Enrique Mac Iver Rodríguez died on 21 August 1922, during the second half of his senatorial term; therefore, no by-election was held and the Senate operated with one fewer member until 1924.
↑ Alberto González Errázuriz succeeded Roberto Lyon, who died on 19 November 1919, and served the remainder of the term until 1924.
↑ Armando Quezada was appointed ambassador and minister plenipotentiary to France on 26 June 1922, and was therefore replaced in the Senate by Víctor R. Celis (PR).
↑ Zenón Torrealba died in September 1923, near the end of his senatorial term; therefore, no by-election was held and the Senate operated with another vacant seat until 1924.
↑ Ricardo Valdés replaced José María Valderrama, who died on 15 June 1920, and served the remainder of the term until 1924.
↑ Jorge Errázuriz Tagle died in June 1922 and was replaced by Eduardo Opazo Letelier (PL).
↑ Arturo Besa Navarro died on 2 November 1921. He was replaced in April 1922 by Senator Romualdo Silva (Con).
