Due to their comprehensive nature, outlines are more thoroughly and correctly developed when someone with a good amount of knowledge or expertise helps. For this reason, outreaching to the appropriate topic-centric WikiProject or task force can help to find prospective wikipedians who are able and willing to help. See the WikiProject Directory for potential WikiProjects to contact. Once you've contacted a wikiproject or task force, add all the pertinent information to the table below in order to coordinate outreach efforts.
