I added tags to translate from Polish or Hebrew. I'm asking for help with translation. Please help, or this risks being deleted by an anti-Zionist. Bearian (talk) 23:50, 9 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

Requests for help

[edit]

I was asked, in a very roundabout way, not to ask projects for help in sourcing articles. It was great working together. Bearian (talk) 05:09, 4 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

Michael Levin Base article assistance

[edit]

Hello. I recently created an article for The Michael Levin Base, a Jerusalem-based nonprofit supporting lone soldiers and national service volunteers, sourced primarily to the Jerusalem Post and Jewish News Syndicate. The article was tagged for G5 speedy deletion on the procedural grounds that my account has not yet reached extended confirmed status for the Arab-Israeli conflict topic area, despite being over a decade old. I believe the article meets notability and sourcing standards and was created entirely in good faith. I have reached out to the editor who filed the deletion request and contested the deletion on the talk page. If any experienced editors in this topic area would be willing to review the article and assist in moving it through the proper channel, I would be very grateful. Wrongtired18 (talk) 18:54, 6 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

The article was nominated for rapid deletion and sure enough, the article was rapidly deleted. I still have a copy of the WikiCode. Anyone who is qualified wanna take this on? Wrongtired18 (talk) 00:46, 8 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

Draft:List of Jews in the southern Levant

[edit]

Neutrality concerns have been raised over listing different kinds of Jews in the same list. Would appreciate more input at Draft talk:List of Jews in the southern Levant#Neutrality issues NorthernWinds ❄️ (talk) 19:07, 9 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

Reidman College

[edit]

I'm sorry, but this is in no way notable for anything. I would like to propose it for deletion, but it would be controversial, unless you do not object. Please discuss. Bearian (talk) 23:47, 9 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

[edit]

Sorry to bother you again, but please add sources to this article. Technically it could be prodded again. Bearian (talk) 04:38, 11 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

[edit]

Could someone please translate the sources from the Hebrew article and add some to the English article? Thanks in advance. Bearian (talk) 21:24, 11 June 2026 (UTC)Reply

Help with edit request

[edit]

Hey fam, I wanted to add and correct some stuff about the position of Nagid in the Fatimid Caliphate, but had to make a request for it. It hasn't been answered yet, and I was directed to ask a WikiProject, and this naturally seemed like a good one to ask. It's over at this section. Also it generally seems like a lot of subjects I'm interested in around Jews, Israel and Islam are locked in some way. Any advice or wisdom on how to deal with that? Thanks! Yeshivat Or Vishua

[edit]

I can't find any obviously reliable sources in English. Please help, and urgently, because this will likely be deleted within a month without any sources. Bearian (talk) 03:15, 2 July 2026 (UTC)Reply

List of programs broadcast by Arutz HaYeladim

[edit]

I can't find any reliable sources at all. I think it's not notable and merely original research. This list is in such a poor state that it's likely going to be deleted by the end of August, during the next drive, absent any intervention by this Project. Bearian (talk) 09:06, 4 July 2026 (UTC)Reply

Draft:Sharon Gabay — independent review requested (COI declared)

[edit]

Hello. I am the subject of Draft:Sharon Gabay (Israeli street photographer, six books on Jerusalem) and have declared my COI on the draft's talk page. The draft was resubmitted after removing promotional language. If any project member is willing to review it independently — or adopt it — I would appreciate it. Please evaluate if this person is notable. There are a couple of sources in Hebrew that might be significant coverage. Thank you as always. Bearian (talk) 02:51, 21 July 2026 (UTC)Reply

Disclosed COI edit request at Talk:SolarEdge

[edit]

I've opened a disclosed COI edit request at Talk:SolarEdge concerning two sourcing issues in the article: a share-price figure cited to a stock-chart aggregator, and infobox financials dated 2021. I work for the company and won't be editing the article myself, so a review from an uninvolved editor would be welcome whenever someone has time. Yuval-SolarEdge (talk) 09:21, 30 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
