Greetings and felicitations. Would someone please change the "title" field output to italic if type=visual novel or type=release? —DocWatson42 (talk) 08:01, 15 April 2025 (UTC)Reply

I tried taking a look at the template, but am unsure how to make it italics strictly for titles. I'll ask around, but it is possible to have the title in Italics if not manually. As seen here:
Not sure how to make this in the template as that's beyond my understanding of wiki code. Andrzejbanas (talk) Andrzejbanas (talk) 14:49, 11 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
@DocWatson42 @Andrzejbanas - Now done at Template:Vndb/sandbox. Only problem is that if anything was already doing {{vndb|119|v|''Divi-Dead''}}, the double-italics will make the output like 'Divi-Dead' at The Visual Novel Database., so that would need to be fixed on pages that do that. --PresN 15:19, 11 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
Okay; thank you both. ^_^ —DocWatson42 (talk) 15:39, 11 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
A hiccup for sure! But something easily fixable. Thanks PresN! Andrzejbanas (talk) 15:40, 11 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
Alright, copied to the main template. You're welcome, any time! --PresN 15:42, 11 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
@DocWatson42 @Andrzejbanas Blitzed through the transclusions and fixed all of the ones with double-italics, so we should be good to go now! --PresN 16:21, 11 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
<blink> Thank you. ^_^ DocWatson42 (talk) 17:59, 11 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
I must have missed this as I just did something similar and was about to report back saying I didn't see any. Great job, wish I checked this earlier! Andrzejbanas (talk) 14:04, 12 June 2025 (UTC)Reply
