Can I request that "topic=manga" be added to this template? A large percentage of the articles in Category: Culture articles needing translation from Japanese Wikipedia actually relate to manga. It would be nice to have a separate category for manga and the larger category for everything else. I have created the category, but can't edit the template, since I'm not an admin.
