[edit]A1 – Leadership (infobox "Key people")
[edit]| The user below has a request that an edit be made to Manning & Napier. That user has an actual or apparent conflict of interest. The requested edits backlog is very high. Please be extremely patient. There are currently 904 requests waiting for review. Please read the instructions for the parameters used by this template for accepting and declining them, and review the request below and make the edit if it is well sourced, neutral, and follows other Wikipedia guidelines and policies. Remember to set the |answered= parameter to "yes" when the request has been accepted, rejected or on hold awaiting user input. |
Requested change: Update the infobox "Key people" field. Marc Mayer retired as CEO on March 31, 2026; the firm has since adopted a divisional leadership model (led by its Wealth Management and Asset Management leadership teams) rather than appointing a single CEO. Paul Battaglia serves as President and Chief Financial Officer. Please remove the outdated "Chairman & CEO" designation, add the two divisional presidents who now run the firm's post-restructuring business lines: Aaron McGreevy, President, Asset Management, and Gregory Holden, President, Wealth Management & Institutional Advisory. Please remove Chris Briley, CTO, he has left the firm and no longer is employed by Manning & Napier. Add Scott Morabito, Chief Operating Officer, and Nicole Kingsley-Brunner, Chief Growth Officer.

Proposed text: Founded in April 1970 in Rochester, New York, by William ("Bill") Manning and William J. ("Bill") Napier, the firm built diversified, multi-asset-class portfolios for individual and institutional clients. It launched its first mutual fund in 1984 and, in 1994, established Exeter Trust Company as a subsidiary to provide trust services to investment clients. That same year, a regulatory matter involving Bill Manning led to the informal naming of FINRA Rule 5320 — which prohibits FINRA member firms from placing their interests above the financial interests of the client — as the "Manning Rule."
