I suggest keeping both the Daniel M'Naghten and M'Naghten Rules articles, merging as appropriate from here, and making this a disambiguation page (with links from variant spellings as discussed in the articles). Gene Nygaard 12:47, 17 March 2006 (UTC)

agree I was going to say the same thing. I'll put it on my to-do list. Merge this article with the bio'article on M'Naghten. By the way, name is M'Naghten, not M'Naughten. Avraham 17:57, 3 April 2006 (UTC)
