[edit]From another article, there may be a "Report of the committee in 1905-06"; however, Google-fu doesn't confirm that today. Abb3w (talk) 14:31, 28 September 2015 (UTC)

Armstrong Investigation → Armstrong investigation – This does not appear to be a proper noun. A review of Google Scholar and Ngram results does not show a need for uppercase. The second word is not capitalized in the body of the Wikipedia article. This is also not the formal name of the investigation. — BarrelProof (talk) 02:04, 12 April 2026 (UTC)
- Support: Not a proper noun. If the title was Armstrong Committee, that would be a proper noun, but this is not. SchreiberBike | ⌨ 22:32, 12 April 2026 (UTC)
