UK Company IDs
[edit]For companies registered in the UK, we could usefully include Companies House company ID (P2622) and, using the same ID, a link to the entry in The Gazette.
For Aardman Animations, for example, these would link to and respectively.

HAND IDs
[edit]For real people and fictional characters, we could usefully include HAND ID (P14750) for the HAND (Human and Digital) Talent ID registry
This is ID designed to be separate from any one organisation and using the same format/system as DOI should be not be able dependant on any particular set of servers or whims of any one company/organisation. It (like wikidata) is also a "record of records" with links to other unique ID's (like wikidata, IMDB etc)
According to the organisation, HAND has now processed more than 4.4 million unique talent identifiers, including approximately 120,000 globally unique and freely resolvable verified IDs.
One caveat is someone can have more than one ID though so it need a module to create the links not just inline code.
At the last count there are over six-hundred and two thousand wikidata entrys with a HAND ID (I did try to check how may of those then had wikipedia pages but it times outs)

Someone like William Shakespeare already has an excessive 50+ links in the AC template. What would adding this one have as benefit, over those 50 and over the 100+ which also exist as Wikidata but not yet here. There has to be some benefit for enwiki and its readers in placing it here instead of just keeping it at Wikidata, which is much better suited for this kind of thing.
