Kuril Strait

First Kuril Strait (Russian: пролив Первый Курильский, Japanese: 占守海峡, Shumushu Strait) (also known as just Kuril Strait) is a strait separating the Shumshu Island of the Kuril Islands from the Cape Lopatka, Kamchatka Peninsula.[1]
