Flour & Feine is a specialty coffee roastery and café based in Thane, Maharashtra, India. It was founded by Anuj Kilje, Harsh Agarwal, Sanket Bhogle and Shubham Shah. The company operates a roastery, espresso station and micro-bakery.[1][2]

History

[edit]

Sanket Bhogle's involvement in specialty coffee began during the 2020 pandemic. After earning Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) certifications in Detroit, he returned to India with a coffee roaster and began roasting at home. He initially operated as Feine Coffee Company[3], focusing on single-origin Indian coffees and introducing specialty coffee to friends and local business owners. He later connected with Shubham Shah and Anuj Kilje, and together with Harsh Agarwal developed the concept for a combined roastery and bakery.[1]

Roastery and café

[edit]

Flour & Feine operates a coffee roastery alongside an espresso station and micro-bakery. The roastery focuses on single-origin Indian coffee, sourcing beans from Indian estates. Its beverage menu includes traditional preparations such as Americanos, Cappuccinos and Long Blacks, alongside seasonal and experimental drinks. The bakery produces cookies and other baked items.[1][2]
