Per Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Zeraeph, the user Zeraeph was banned for a year commencing 14 January 2008 by the Arbitration Committee, after various issues at articles related to Psychopathy and Asperger's Syndrome including stalking and harassment. A new editor, Sitadel, has been causing some disruption in the same area, and following discussion at AN/I (where the user seems to have a clear grievance over past matters involving one of the editors Zeraeph was accused of harassing), I think this one should be checked out, either so the user can be dealt with accordingly, or can be cleared publicly.
