Invalid date format

- Since CS1 does not support onward-style dates, I deleted
|year=2006 onwardand added|accessdate=. Because the inclusion of an external link in|work=contaminates the COinS metadata, I removed that url. I added markup that tests for the presence of|id=. If present, the citation links to the article specified by|id=; if not present, the citation links to the url that was in|work=.
