This regional WikiProject user template creates a userbox that indicates that you actively participate in WikiProject European Union.
To join WikiProject European Union, add your username to Wikipedia:WikiProject European Union/Participants.

Use

If you place the Wikitext {{User WP European Union}} on your user page, this template will display the following userbox:

This user participates in
WikiProject European Union.

If you place the Wikitext {{User WP European Union|invite}} on your user page, this template will display the following userbox:

This user invites you to join
WikiProject European Union.

Either of these will add your user page to the following two categories:

• Category:WikiProject European Union participants
• Category:Wikipedians interested in the European Union

A nocat=true parameter may be used to inhibit the declaration of these categories.
