This regional WikiProject user template creates a userbox that indicates that you actively participate in WikiProject Americas.
You may use this template to join the WikiProject.

Use

If you place the Wikitext {{User WP Americas}} on your user page, this template will display the following userbox:

This user participates in
WikiProject Americas.

If you place the Wikitext {{User WP Americas|invite}} on your user page, this template will display the following userbox:

This user invites you to join
WikiProject Americas.

Either of these will add your user page to the following two categories:

• Category:WikiProject Americas participants
• Category:Wikipedians interested in the Americas

A nocat=true parameter may be used to inhibit the declaration of these categories.
