A reasonable effort has been made to acquire a potential free alternative by reaching out to the appropriate copyright holders, however none of them expressed interest in releasing any content under a free licence.

Usage

This template is to be used on file pages to specify that a contributor has made an attempt to replace the non-free image with other images by reaching out to those images' copyright holders. As opposed to {{Owner contacted}}, this template does not necessarily mean the owner of the non-free image itself has been contacted, but rather that multiple people have been contacted in search of any image that can be freely licensed.
