Zvyazda/Zviazda

The transliteration of the Cyrillic title Звязда alternates between "Zvyazda" and "Zviazda". Since the word has only two syllables, "Zvyazda" is surely better ("ya" stands for the single vowel "я"), but the other spelling occurs here more often, so I've changed it.188.230.240.75 (talk) 10:20, 23 September 2017 (UTC)Reply

Zviazda is clearly a better option since it is in accordance with the Belarusian Latin alphabet. Number of syllables and Cyrillic spelling is not really relevant here --Czalex 17:37, 29 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
