Dutch vs Afrikaans

The ZA country code is derived from the Dutch Zuid-Afrika as opposed to the Afrikaans Suid-Afrika. Dutch is no longer an official language of South Africa, but the country code remains unchanged.  Preceding unsigned comment added by Thatguycalumb (talkcontribs) 09:56, 1 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
