Oppose as proposed. Use of life dates as disambiguation is rarely helpful, as readers are not especially likely to know a subject's birth year before reading the article. That's especially true when the other topic is not also disambiguated by birth year, as here. The current hatnote is sufficient disambiguation for the only other article that this could be confused with, but if disambiguation from William Greene (colonial governor) were necessary, William Greene (state governor) would seem the more obvious choice. I have no strong objection to using Jr and Sr, but using "governor" as part of the qualifier makes the title somewhat more recognizable in my opinion, especially with a couple of other Jrs on the William Greene dab page.
