I'm not entirely sure about the use of the word "should" here. See the first point under WP:NOTHOW. I would make an edit, but I don't have the subject knowledge to decide what an appropriate replacement would be. AlexGallon (talk) 22:01, 2 April 2024 (UTC) White paper is more a foundational law that cannot be altered. This allows blochchain data to build a structural sound peer to peer cash system. Whitepaper is never to be altered for the safety of all investor assets.Reply
