Any references to the WLA (1967) being a de-annexation of Wales from England is plainly ridiculous. For one Wales is not an annex (in the sense of personal unions but a subgrouping of English counties. Just thought I'd mention it. -- Pbhj 03:15, 4 June 2007 (UTC)Reply
